Fantastic. Fresh. Friendly service.
Place is bright, clean and has comfy booth seating as well.
It's a proper restaurant with wait staff. Take out is of course also ava
Sunday nights that have a special - get fresh halibut fish and chips - a full order- for half price. Like 7.99 or so. Wha? -

I got an order of haddock and chips for takeout.
Definitely not impressed. The fish was extremely thin and the batter just fell off.
Tartar sauce was from packets and tasted really sweet. You would think a place with fish and chips in there name would make their own tartar sauce.
The fries were really thick and dry and chewy and the gravy i got was really salty.
Really hoped this would be good since its so local but nope! -

What a great find. Would love to give it another half star.
Came here for lunch and just had the lunch special; halibut, chips and coleslaw. Finally a place that does the fish right. Fresh fish in a light batter. Thick cut chips and malt vinegar.
The service was excellent with a genuine smile and the cooks saying thank you as you leave.
Highly recommend this excellent fish and chips restaurant. Eat in or take out. -

The area has been waiting for a good fish and chips spot for a long time, and finally the community can rest easy. Healthy portions, light crispy batter, thick-cut fish and fresh ingredients all make this my go-to fish and chips in the neighbourhood. PS the fried mushrooms and shrimp are nothing to scoff at, makes for a great side.

Went for a Sunday special. Fish was good but the fries suck big time. Don't they know this. They won't substitute for a small salad I may never be back fix your fries Give is a healthy substitute please this why fish and chips is dying in North America.
